In the first year of the new millennium, 2001, Indo Nikko’s parentage, the Chadha Group, decided on entering a joint venture with the world renowned FAG of Germany. With the intention of manufacturing Taper Roller Bearings Fag Roller Bearings Pvt. Ltd. was established as a 51:49 joint venture between FAG and Chadha at Chakan, Pune. The new company aimed at manufacturing bearings for the domestic and global markets exclusively under the FAG brand name. |
